The late afternoon sun is still very warm, even with a gentle breeze.  It is time to take comfort in the shade of one another, and bask in resting safely.  Feeling peaceful, and forgetting about the herd mentality of "flight mode".  Some automatic tail swishing and eye twitching are unconscious efforts to banish the ever annoying flies, and "Naptime" begins.  I have had the honor to care for these gentle giants for the majority of my life.  I relish the memories through my watercolor paintings.  Hand painted watercolor paintings.  All paintings arrive with temporary matting and stock frames to protect them during shipping.
