A country lane framed by the new fragile leaves in the Spring.  The snow left only a few weeks ago, but the vivid green colors welcome the wam sunshine and longer days.  The birds are returning to the valley, and will seek shelter by building new nests hidden by the unfolding leaves.  The valley begins to wake up after a long winter.  The smell of fresh grass and the wildflowers begin their blankets of color and fragrant declaration that Spring has arrived.  Hand painted watercolor.  All paintings arrive with temporary matting and stock frames, to protect them during shipping.
