The "Pink Surrender" prairie captures the magic of and ever changing glory of the skyline.  The spendor of the pastel rainbow colored sky is gently reflected over the grasslands below. In technical terms, this is caused by "Rayleigh scattering".  A process where sunlight interacts with gases and particles in Earth's atmosphere - separating different light wavelengths.  Extra dust, clouds, or smoke in the air can also make these colors even brighter.  Just a little bit of "magic".  All paintings arrive with temporary matting and stock frames, to protect them during shipping.
