The "Sunset Barn" - 8.5" x 10" Hand Painted Watercolor + US Tax

The "Sunset Barn" is inspired by a talented Montana photographer by the name of Urs Keller on Facebook, and Urs Keller Images on Instagram.  I am always drawn back to a time when this barn was built.  Once the crops were harvested, neighbors gathered together to help one another build these multi-functional structures.  The women cooked large meals to feed the hungry workers who would  "raise the walls" and eventually the roof.  I think about all of the livestock that have taken shelter under this roof, and the hay kept dry each winter under its awnings.  If only these walls could talk.  All paintings arrive with temporary matting and stock frames, to protect them during shipping.
