The "Sunset Barn" - 8.5" x 10" Hand Painted Watercolor + US Tax

The "Sunset Barn" is inspired by a talented Montana photographer by the name of Urs Keller.  Mr. Keller is honored to have artists create paintings from his photographs, from his vast Facebook library.  Thank you Mr. Keller!  I am always drawn back to a time when this barn was built.  Once the crops were harvested, neighbors gathered together to help one another build these multi-functinal structures.  The women cooked large meals to feed the hungry workers who would  "raise the walls" and eventually the roof.  I think about all of the livestock that have taken shelter under this roof, and the hay kept dry each winter under its awnings.  All paintings arrive with temporary matting and stock frames, to protect them during shipping.
